So friends, we now move our topic forward.

Where do the calendar months get their names?
The answer is in ancient Rome! But their specific are a bit complicated so we need to start with march because that was the first month of ancient Roman calendar

March
The name of 'Marc' was named after the Roman god of war 'Mars'. The beginning of the ancient Roman year is from this month.

April
The name of  'April' originates with the word 'Asperair', which literally means "open the buds". In ancient Rome this month, buds were blossomed by flowers, which were the arrival of spring; hence the name of this month was named 'Aprilis' which later became 'April'.

May
The word 'may' originated in the name of 'Goddess Maaya of Vardhan of Plato'.

June
The name 'June' has its origin in the name of the eldest god of Rome, Jeus and his wife Juno. Jun 'Jun' was named after this goddess.

July
The word 'July' was kept by Roman Senate for the honour of Julius Caesar because of his birth and death this month. So this month's name was called on July.

August
The month of August was named after the name of Julius Caesar's nephew Agaston Caesar.

September
Read the name of the month of September in the name of the Latin word 'Septam'. September was called the September in Rome.

October
The name of the month of October was named after the Latin word 'auct', which means 'eight'.

November
The name of the month of November is named after the Latin name 'november' which means 'nine'.

December
The month of December is named after the synonym of Latin word desm meaning "ten"

January
The month of January is named after the Greek god of the door and the gate, janus. Janes who later went 'genurious' According to Greek recognition, their God 'Jains' has two faces. From one face, he looks backwards with the other face. Similarly, January also looks towards one year on the other side towards the previous year. And perhaps this was the reason that due to which the birth of January was born 11th in the beginning of the year ie i.e. at the beginning of the year Gaya.

February
The name of the month of February was named after the name "Febralia" during which time the Greeks used to beat Gods in the ancient times for the atonement of their sins.
